Seeking Technical Co-Founder For Equity (Tiny Funding Available)

I'm a developer myself but have transitioned into management for a while now and gained some experience. I am from a developing country (MENA) with lots of affordable talent.

(No need to read the entire post, just comment the moment you're interested)

I will be targeting MENA countries as well, specifically the gulf area since I would know best about it from being from the area, and also there's plenty of money in it. Basically a strategic advantage for me.

I am looking for a highly experienced technical co-founder for one of two things:

  1. A software house with a focus on Blockchain/AI/Emerging Tech
  2. A rapid SaaS development company

I will be handling everything from management to marketing and sales, and I can also afford to hire a developer from my country for you to guide.

I will be seeding out of my own pocket for the first while, so I really can't afford paying for someone highly technical, BUT, I will share equity/percentage of profits.

If you're going with the first option (software house), I am a blockchain expert and manage an R&D team, I will handle all the blockchain stuff, and you handle the more general technical stuff.

If you're going with the second option, I have many great SaaS ideas which are somewhat validated. I want to rapidly release MVPs every couple of months until something shows that it has potential.

I will also try an "affiliate" approach where even non-successful projects will be handed over to a salesperson who'll take a large comission and drive sales to it as if it's their own project while we focus on the next big thing.

My roadmap to $100m in under 5 years: (You're free to exit at any point)

  • The plan is to make money from either of those approaches, and keep re-investing it into growing these projects, until we can comfortably quit our full-time jobs and focus on what really matters.
  • The next step would be to be making enough money from low-risk passive investments (like rentals, stocks) so we can pour more money into higher risk investments
  • Having a track record of building products and having clients would also greatly expand our network, allowing us to either find angel investors, or getting into one of the big accelerators/incubators, landing an investment, building the product, and exiting with good $$$

I won't phrase this post in a pretty way or put it into GPT to make it more professional. I'm just looking for people who want to get stuff done without caring about all the theatricals and facades.

Let me know if you're interested!
