I have a NextJS web application built out and all the technical functionality is complete. I'm looking for a developer/designer to help me take the application's UI to the next level and polish it up for end users.
Looking to hire someone who can modernize the look and feel of the website (i.e. fonts, colors, style, layout, consistent look/feel) and to make the app responsive so it works on mobile devices.

For the marketing site I would use a website builder (little biased as a founder of Versoly).
Benefits are update without changing/giving access to rest of the code base, publishing is instant and CMS editors are usually better.
